According to point f of Article 3 of UN General Assembly Resolution 3314 (XXIX) of December 14, 1974, the “Definition of aggression,” an act of aggression is (among other things) “the action of a State in allowing its territory, which it has placed at the disposal of another State, to be used by that other State for perpetrating an act of aggression against a third State.”Since the beginning of the Russian military invasion of Ukraine on February 24, 2022, the Belarusian Hajun monitoring group has been monitoring the activity of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation (hereinafter — the Russian Armed Forces) on the territory of Belarus.
